Meet the Team

Richard Rayles serves as the firm’s Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. Richard joined WealthGen Advisors in 2023 and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm as well as serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and leading WealthGen’s culture of compliance. Richard has served in the financial and investment industry for over 16 years. Prior to joining WealthGen Advisors, Richard was a foreign exchange trader in both the U.S. and in Hong Kong. He also served as a fund accountant at BNY Mellon, the world’s largest custodian bank, and led operations in a Fintech startup. Richard graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida.
