- Profile and preferences: Financial goals, track selections, task and checklist interactions, notification settings, and other inputs you choose to share.
- Usage data: Device identifiers, app interactions, log data, IP address, browser/app version, timestamps, diagnostics, and aggregated analytics to understand how the App is used.
- Communication records: Messages, tasks, checklist activity, push notifications, and notes exchanged between you and your advisory team through the App.
- Third-party integrations: When you connect external portals, calendars, or custodial platforms, we may receive limited tokens or metadata necessary to enable the integration. These connections are subject to the third party’s own privacy policies.

We use personal information to:- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and related advisory workflows;
- Personalize notifications based on your profile;
- Track activity completion and advisor-client engagement;
